If any issue arises as a direct result of our installation or workmanship, we'll return to inspect the problem and, where covered, put it right at no additional labour cost.
What Our Guarantee Covers
- Installation defects caused by our workmanship
- Movement or failure resulting from incorrect installation
- Faults with patios, paving, decking, fencing, pergolas, turf and other landscaping features installed by our team, where the issue is due to workmanship
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Natural movement or settlement of the ground
- Damage caused by severe weather, flooding, storms or other events outside our control
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or alterations made by others
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by tree roots, invasive plants or ground movement
- Natural characteristics of timber, including shrinking, warping, splitting, knots, resin bleed or colour changes due to weathering
- Materials supplied by the customer (unless a workmanship fault has caused the issue)
